共工新闻社香港6月18日电（苏朗）2025年6月12日，纳班贾总理率领乌干达代表团出席第四届中国-非洲经贸博览会开幕式，并会见了中国外交部长王毅。乌干达外长奥东戈等官员一同出席。此会晤再次彰显了乌中两国坚实的友谊和日益深化的经贸关系。

On June 12, 2025, Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja led Uganda’s delegation at the opening of the 4th China–Africa Economic and Trade Expo in Changsha, Hunan where she held a high-level meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi. Also in attendance was our Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeje Odongo. This gathering reaffirmed the dynamic friendship and growing economic ties between Uganda and China.

贸易激增：得益于双方密切合作，2025年第一季度乌干达对华出口同比增长近90%。咖啡、茶叶和园艺产品需求强劲，为本国创造了大量就业机会，提升了农民收入。

Trade Surge: Thanks to our close collaboration, Ugandan exports to China soared nearly 90% in Q1 2025. Strong demand for our coffee, tea, and horticultural produce is creating jobs and boosting farmers’ incomes at home.

基础设施提升：“一带一路”倡议框架下，中国持续助力乌干达交通网络升级。主要公路项目和坎帕拉机场扩建项目按计划推进，为旅游和投资提供了有力支撑。

Infrastructure Boost: Under the Belt and Road Initiative, China’s support is upgrading Uganda’s transport network. Major road projects and the Kampala Airport expansion are moving ahead on schedule, paving the way for increased tourism and investment.

数字化飞跃：双方深化数字合作提升宽带覆盖和电子政务服务水平。这将助力乌干达企业线上竞争，让更多公民享受便捷的政府服务。

Digital Leap: Both sides are expanding digital cooperation by improving broadband access and e-government services. This will empower Ugandan businesses to compete online and bring government services closer to citizens.

农业现代化：中国在机械化、灌溉和农产品加工方面的技术共享，帮助乌干达小农户提高产量，实现本地增值并拓展出口市场。

Modernising Agriculture: China’s expertise in mechanization, irrigation, and agro-processing is being shared to help Ugandan smallholders increase yields, add value locally, and tap into export markets.

纳班贾总理对中国长期以来的大力支持表示衷心感谢，并指出习近平主席提出的“十大伙伴行动”高度契合乌干达国家发展目标。她强调，乌中将在以下领域进一步深化合作：

Prime Minister Nabbanja expressed heartfelt gratitude for China’s “long-standing and valuable support” and noted that President Xi Jinping’s “Ten Actions of Partnership” closely mirror Uganda’s national development priorities. She underscored our eagerness to deepen ties in:

1.机场扩建:满足更多国际航班和货运需求

Airport expansion to handle more international flights and cargo

2.数字化转型:加强城乡互联互通

Digital transformation for better connectivity from urban centres to rural districts

3.农业现代化:通过联合培训与技术转让

Agricultural modernisation through joint training programmes and technology transfer

王毅外长强调，乌干达是非洲的重要伙伴，对双边关系的未来充满信心。双方重申将共同致力于多边合作反对单边霸凌，维护发展中国家的正当权益。

Foreign Minister Wang Yi emphasised that Uganda is a pivotal partner in Africa and pledged China’s continued confidence in our bilateral future. Both countries reaffirmed their commitment to multilateral cooperation standing together against unilateral coercion and supporting the legitimate rights of developing nations.

此次长沙会晤，不仅巩固了两国政府间的深厚友谊，也为乌干达企业、农民和社区带来了新的发展机遇。我们将以此为契机，推动更紧密的中乌合作，实现可持续增长与共同繁荣。

Changsha not only cements our government-to-government relations but also brings new opportunities for Ugandan businesses, farmers, and communities. As we build on this momentum, we look forward to even stronger China–Uganda cooperation that drives sustainable growth and shared prosperity.
